Xtool X100 Pad2 GetUpdateListEx Error Code = 5

Device: Xtool X100 Pad2 key programmer
S/N: X100PAD2-*****
Problem:
Customer: While trying to update X100 pad2, I typed in the activation code, but I got GetUpdateListEx: Error code = 5, and the screen showed the configuration was wrong and asked me to re-activate it or contact XTOOL. The homepage was blank. It tried updating but failed to connect to the server. Could you please check what’s the problem?

X100 pad2 software supports free updates only for two years. After that, the update fee is 395USD/year. The trouble encountered is caused by an expired free upgrade period. You can pay one year update here:
